Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team, responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various premises. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures
  • Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks meet health and safety standards
  • Maintain organisation of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests courteously and professionally
  • Follow scheduled cleaning routines and adapt to specific client needs when required
  • Uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all times

Experience

  • Previous experience in commercial or domestic cleaning is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
  • Valid driving licence is preferred for roles requiring travel between sites
  • Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members
  • Strong communication skills are necessary to understand instructions clearly and deliver excellent customer service
  • Experience working in a customer-facing environment is beneficial but not mandatory
