The Opportunity
Are you a seasoned technical professional with a passion for process excellence and team leadership? Join our dynamic Technical team at The Cornwall Bakery as a Process Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in launching high-quality products and leading a skilled team of technologists.

  • Lead and manage the Process, Packaging, and Senior Technologist teams to deliver successful product trials
  • Ensure all documentation and specifications are completed in line with customer and site critical paths
  • Oversee the Recipe Professor Project workflow and ensure timely completion
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with NPD, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams
  • Manage customer pre-production visits and ensure quality standards are met

  • Proven experience in managing technical teams within FMCG food manufacturing
  • Strong background in process management and product trial execution
  • Degree/HND in a science-related subject
  • Experience with retail stage-gate processes and cook/cool validation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
