This is an exceptional opportunity to join a global, fully integrated practice that advises major financial institutions, debt funds, insurers, investors and sponsors on complex cross-border real estate finance transactions.The team is seeking a solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE.Typical duties for the role will include:• Managing a broad range of real estate finance transactions, often cross-border in nature.• Drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security documents, intercreditor arrangements and ancillary documentation.• Acting for lenders and borrowers on senior, mezzanine and preferred equity structures.• Working on financings of international real estate and operational asset classes including hotels, senior living and student accommodation.• Managing client relationships and providing clear, commercially focused advice.• Supporting partners with business development and contributing to internal know-how.The successful candidate will have:• Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales.• Come from a top level firm.• 2-4PQE in real estate finance or broader banking/finance with REF exposure.• Strong technical drafting ability and attention to detail.• A proactive, organised and responsive approach, particularly under pressure.• Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing situations.• A collaborative mindset and willingness to engage fully in team initiatives and business development.Additional Details:• Hybrid working: 3 days in office, with flexibility subject to client needs.• Bonus scheme: Available from 1,500 billable hours up to 2,000 hours, with potential awards between 3% and 25% of annual salary.If this role looks like the new challenge that you are looking for, please apply via the advert or contact Dan at Eclectic Recruitment.We endeavour to reply to every candidate, every time but if you haven't heard back within 10 days, please understand that you have unfortunately been unsuccessful for this position, or the position has been filled.
