About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Trainee Airbnb Manager to support the daily operations of our short-term rental properties. This is a hands on, growth focused role ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, property management, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will work closely with the lead property manager to learn all aspects of running successful Airbnb listings, from guest communication and cleaning coordination to check-ins, inspections, and backend admin.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Management

Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries on Airbnb and other platforms.

Support guests with check-in/check-out instructions and troubleshoot common issues.

Provide friendly, proactive customer service to maintain high review scores.

Property Operations

Assist with organising cleaners, laundry services, and restocking essential items.

Carry out property inspections to ensure homes are guest ready.

Report maintenance issues, organise tradespeople, and follow up to ensure completion.

Learn to manage smart locks, key codes, and alarm systems.

Listing & Admin Support

Help update listing descriptions, pricing, and availability.

Upload new photos, create welcome guides, and maintain property information.

Track expenses, invoices, and supplies.

Maintain company standards for branding, communication, and presentation.

Training & Development

Shadow senior staff to learn best practices in Airbnb hosting and property management.

Receive training in operations, systems, software, pricing strategies, and guest relations.

Progression opportunities into a full Airbnb Manager role.

Skills & Qualities We're Looking For

Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful approach

Highly organised with good attention to detail

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to problem-solve and think on your feet

Reliability and accountability, especially with time-sensitive tasks

Basic tech confidence (Airbnb app, Google Workspace, smart lock systems)

Full UK driving licence and own car essential.
