The Health & Safety Group is a leading UK provider of Mandatory and CPD-accredited training, delivering high-quality classroom sessions across a range of sectors including Healthcare, Education, Retail & Leisure, Manufacturing & Logistics, Hospitality & Catering, Office & HR, and Prisons & Corrections.

We are proud to support the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism, and we're offering an excellent opportunity for individuals to join our valued training team as either Tier 1 or Tier 2 Facilitators.

This is a meaningful and rewarding role where you will help deliver impactful training to health and social care professionals, supporting improved understanding and care for people with learning disabilities and autism.

Essential Requirements

  • Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 Facilitator certificates for the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training and have a unique OM number with the NHS
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A passion for promoting awareness, inclusion, and high standards of care
  • Willingness to travel to training locations across England (if required)
  • Tier 2 Facilitators must be located within an easily commutable distance to London Chiswick (W4 5YF)

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training Tier 1 and Tier 2 sessions, both in-person (classroom) and online (webinars)
  • Deliver engaging, structured, and professional training sessions
  • Work collaboratively with co-trainers to ensure high-quality and effective delivery
  • Occasional travel to different training venues as required
