The Role

We are seeking a Training Manager
to strengthen our enablement function, ensuring that employees, partners, and customers gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence to succeed with beqom's products.

You will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs across our ecosystem. This includes creating engaging learning content, building a structured partner certification framework, and packaging customer training offerings into scalable services. Beyond program execution, you'll drive training consistency, adoption of new standards, and ongoing product enablement across our global community.

You will be working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Customer Services & Success, Product, Knowledge, Partnership & Alliances team members).

What will you be doing?

Training Material & Knowledge Development

  • Create and maintain training content for internal consultants (e-learning modules, step-by-step guides, quick reference materials, workshops).
  • Develop training material for customers, including product documentation, tutorials, and knowledge base articles, ensuring content is always up to date with product releases.
  • Establish a structured process to keep training material aligned with product evolution, new features, and industry best practices.
  • Implement a structured process to keep training content current with new features, best practices, and industry trends.

Customer Training & Enablement

  • Design and deliver standard and customized training programs that accelerate customer adoption and success.
  • Package training offerings into scalable services (ad-hoc sessions, structured enablement packages) that drive measurable value.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Customer Support, and Delivery teams to provide reusable onboarding and adoption resources.

Certification Program

  • Define and launch a certification program for our users, across both direct customers and partners (e.g., beqom Certified Users/ Partner).
  • Manage assessment tools (exams, practical assignments) to validate partner skills.

Program Management & Delivery

  • Managing (LMS) or other platforms to deliver, track, and measure training effectiveness.
  • Gather and act on participant feedback to continually enhance training quality and impact.
  • Monitor adoption and certification rates, providing regular performance reporting to leadership.

  • Proven experience in training development, enablement, or education.
  • Strong ability to design and deliver engaging digital training material.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take ideas from concept to execution independently.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

Bonus points if you have:

  • A background in enterprise SaaS platforms, ideally HR Tech, Compensation & Benefits.
  • Experience with e-learning tools and LMS platforms.
