We're looking for a
Sales Support Administrator
to join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales support. Reporting to the Head of Brand & Marketing, you'll be the link between our clients and internal teams - ensuring orders, enquiries, and samples are handled efficiently and with care.
In this fast-paced environment, you'll work closely with the Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure smooth processes and outstanding client experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service, in a friendly manner, by responding promptly and professionally to client emails and phone calls
- Handle inbound sales enquiries, ensuring each is directed or resolved appropriately
- Ensure the timely follow-up of customer queries to maintain satisfaction and trust
- Pro-actively ensure customer orders are managed through quote, order, and delivery stages
- Ensure customers are always updated and aware of order status
- Manage and process sample requests, maintaining accurate records and stock levels
- Support the Sales team with administrative tasks, quotations, and order processing
- Develop a full and complete understanding of our Ecommerce website
- Develop and keep updated a full and complete understanding of our IT/CRM systems – including IFS, Microsoft office, HubSpot
- Liaise effectively with internal departments (Customer Service, Accounts, Warehouse) to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Contribute to continuous improvement in customer experience and operational efficiency
