Production Operator

- Operate the manufacturing process to the required quality and safety standards and relevant operating procedures
- Maintain required standards of plant housekeeping to ensure safe and efficient working practices
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities for the operations process
- Safe and effective operation of manufacturing plant and ancillary equipment, including fork lift trucks
- Housekeeping of the plant and surrounding area to ensure that the production area is kept in a clean and orderly manner
- Compliance with standards for quality and consumption of material
- Routine batch manufacture
- Correctly complete all necessary paperwork and data entry
- Adhering to all guidance given by Team Leaders
The following are required for the role
Minimum Qualifications:Five years in manufacturing experience
The following are preferred for the role:
Computer literate (including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel) and the ability to use Company's bespoke internal IT systems
Educated to 5 GCSE (level 5 and above) or equivalent standard, must include English and Maths
