We're looking for a Subcontractor Coordinator to join the Smokefree Hampshire service.
The service supports and encourages Hampshire residents to embark on their smokefree journey in addition to educating members of the community and professionals around the impacts of smoking.**

A typical day as an Subcontractor Coordinator might include :
- Act as the primary point of contact for sub-contracted pharmacies and vape stores.
- Onboard new sub-contractors, agree the sign off of service level agreements, provide training,
provide promotional resources, establish clear performance expectations and reporting
requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with sub-contractors.
- Regularly communicate with sub-contractors to provide updates, address queries, and offer support.
- Monitor sub-contractor performance against agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and key
performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct regular site visits to sub-contracted premises to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Coordinate the delivery of stop smoking services across the sub-contractor network.
- Ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting from sub-contractors.
- Manage and distribute resources and materials to sub-contractors as required.
- Address any service delivery issues or challenges promptly and effectively.
- Ensure that all sub-contractors are adhering to relevant policies and procedures, including data
protection and confidentiality.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of service delivery provided by sub-contractors.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance service quality.
- Prepare regular reports on sub-contractor performance and service delivery.
- Attend meetings and provide updates as required.
- Working with colleagues across all of our Thrive Tribe services to contribute to new projects and
service developments – we're always looking to share knowledge and resources

To work with us in this role it is beneficial if you have have proven experience in sub-contractor management or a similar coordination role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational and time management skills, and the ability to work independently and manage a geographically dispersed network. Contract:
Full time (37.5 hours), permanent
Salary:
Starting at £23,810 FTE (rising through annual increments to £25,000).

Location:
This role is home-based, but will require regular travel throughout Hampshire. The role requires applicants to be a car driver and have access to a car for this role.
