Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing essential support to ensure the smooth operation of daily office functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and prior office experience. Duties
- Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
- Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
- Maintain an organised and presentable reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Supporting other administrative tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
- Monitor and manage email inbox
- Support various departments with routine clerical duties
- Assisting accounts department with admin duties, including posting supplier invoices onto the system
- General adhoc duties
Skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional phone etiquette
- Experience with data entry and clerical duties demonstrating attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
