What Are We Looking For.
At Pegasus Group our experience in landscape and visual impact assessment (LVIA) is a key component to the success of our projects, applying strategic landscape analysis to guide development principles and deliver sustainable, high-quality designs.
We are seeking an experienced landscape architect with a demonstrated track record of delivering landscape and visual impact assessment.
You will have the ability to deliver LVIAs, townscape and visual impact assessments (TVIAs) and the related workstreams such as strategic planning and mitigation. The successful candidate will enjoy exploring innovative landscape techniques that create sustainable and successful developments for our clients. Our team work at the highest level and are often involved with appeal work for sites in sensitive landscapes, working with several of the UKs leading Legal Counsel. The successful candidate will need a keen eye for detail and ability to undertake bespoke landscape and visual analysis.
We are seeking individuals who are passionate about creating sustainable and successful developments. Collaboration with clients, teams, and community members is at the core of our approach to enhancing environments. Integrity and open communication are key to our work, even when it involves having challenging conversations. Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
- A degree or post graduate diploma in Landscape Architecture;
- Chartered Member of Landscape Institute;
- Proven understanding and experience in LVIA's, feasibility studies, landscape planning and design, supporting landscape statements and mitigation strategies;
- A track record in the energy sector;
- An experienced professional with strong technical report writing skills;
- Demonstrate successful project management and effective organisational and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and independently; and
- An ability to be proactive, strategic and analytical in your approach to support our client's requirements.
