Ricoh Graphic Communications (RGC) Europe is seeking a highly skilled
Digital Services Sales Specialist
to drive the growth of our Software and Professional Services portfolio within a designated European Operating Company. This is a strategic, customer-facing role that blends solution expertise, relationship building, and commercial leadership to deliver exceptional value for our customers and the business.

Working alongside Key Account Managers, wider Ricoh teams, and solely you'll identify, develop, and close opportunities that help customers transform their print and digital workflows. This position offers the chance to make a significant impact within a dynamic, international, and innovative environment.

What you will be doing

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow RGC Software and Professional Services revenues across your OpCo.
  • Understand customer business challenges and translate them into tailored, high-value solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with Key Account Managers to jointly identify and progress opportunities.
  • Lead the full sales cycle—from discovery to closing—with both new and existing Ricoh customers.
  • Deliver compelling sales and technical workshops, presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Engage proactively with the market, cultivating senior-level relationships and staying tuned into trends and customer needs.
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews to ensure accurate forecasting and maintain a strong opportunity flow.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and partner teams to align on market strategies and solution integration.

What We Are Looking For

  • Extensive experience in Sales or Account Management, ideally in software or technology environments.
  • Strong expertise in software sales, with the ability to articulate and position complex solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the commercial and production print market.
  • Ability to influence and lead without direct authority in a matrixed, international organisation.
  • Strong presence and confidence engaging at C-Suite level—both externally and internally.
  • Highly organised, structured approach with strong time and project management skills.
  • Fluent communication skills in English and the local language of your OpCo.
  • Results-driven mindset with a clear focus on performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of competitor solutions is beneficial but not required.
