Are you an ambitious Estate Agency Sales Manager? We are looking for a keen and experienced property professional to lead a high-performing team, win new property instructions, drive residential property sales, and deliver exceptional customer service within a dynamic and fast-paced estate agency environment.

We are ideally seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager for a progressive independent estate and lettings agency with offices in the Sutton area. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a sales team, grow the business, and take your career to the next level.

The ideal candidate will have proven estate agency experience, a strong track record of instruction winning, and the ability to identify and convert valuable business opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Winning new property instructions and expanding the sales portfolio
• Leading and motivating a sales team to achieve targets
• Conducting property valuations and advising clients on the sales process
• Providing outstanding customer service and maintaining client relationships
• Making outbound calls and following up on leads to generate business
• Monitoring local market trends and implementing growth strategies
• Reporting performance and identifying opportunities to maximise revenue 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven instruction-winning and listing ability
• Excellent telephone sales and customer service skills
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Intelligent, quick-witted, and able to work under pressure
• Well-presented and articulate
• Local knowledge of the Isle of Wight (advantageous)
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car
