Salary: OTE £35,000 per annum

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Negotiator to join their high-performing team.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a busy, fast-paced sales environment with strong career progression potential. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Booking and conducting property viewings
  • Generating new business through calls to new and existing clients
  • Canvassing for property instructions
  • Negotiating successful property sales
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Delivering exceptional customer service at all times 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Previous experience in estate agency
  • Proven sales record
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Professional presentation and communication skills
  • Ambitious and self-motivated attitude
  • Local knowledge of the Sutton area (preferred)
  • Full driving licence and own car (essential)
