Fields Data Recovery is a leading data recovery specialist, providing advanced recovery solutions to individuals and businesses across the UK, Europe, and North America. We work closely with IT service providers, repair shops, and technology resellers through our Partner Program, helping them expand their service offering and increase revenue by referring or reselling our recovery services.
We are now seeking a Partner Manager based in the UK to strengthen our relationships with existing partners and develop new partnerships across the IT and electronics sector.
Role Overview
As a Partner Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with IT service providers and computer repair companies to introduce our partner program, onboard new partners, and maintain strong relationships to ensure long-term collaboration. You will act as a key liaison between our technical team and partner network, helping businesses understand the benefits of our services and supporting them throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Acquisition: Identify and contact potential IT and computer repair businesses across the UK to introduce the Fields Data Recovery Partner Program.
- Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with existing partners, provide updates, and encourage them to send new cases.
- Onboarding: Guide new partners through account setup on our partner portal and explain service options (Referral and Reseller models).
- Sales Enablement: Educate partners on how to present data recovery services to their customers effectively.
- Performance Monitoring: Track partner activity and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, case tracking, and partner satisfaction.
- Reporting: Provide weekly summaries on partner engagement, activations, and opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B relationship management, account management, or channel sales (preferably within IT, electronics, or service industries).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of technology or IT service environments.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup.
