We're on the hunt for a Resident Services Associate to be the ultimate go-to person for our residents on a 1 Year FTC. Think of yourself as the heartbeat of the building, the friendly face that makes everyone feel at home and the problem-solver who keeps things running smoothly.

This isn't just a desk job. It's about creating a community, delivering amazing experiences, and making renting feel effortless (and even fun).

What You'll Be Doing

  • Be the hero of the day—respond to resident queries and make their lives easier.
  • Create connections—build relationships and help residents feel part of something special.
  • Bring the vibes—support events and engagement activities that make the building buzz.
  • Work with a dream team—collaborate with colleagues to keep everything running like clockwork.
  • Champion the brand—promote the development and build positive links with local businesses.

  • A people person with a passion for top-notch customer service.
  • Experience in hospitality, property, or tourism? Great But attitude matters most.
  • A natural communicator who listens as well as they talk.
  • Event planning skills? Bonus points
