An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Head Chef to be a key part of our dedicated team, working in a professional, hospitable and friendly environment, with training and development opportunities and great benefits.

What we expect from the ideal Head Chef:

· Previous experience at Head Chef level in a busy, fast paced environment.

· Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

· Be a highly effective communicator across all levels of the business

· Be capable of fostering a positive, collaborative kitchen and front-of-house culture

· Work well under pressure

· Ability to deliver high standards consistently

· Outstanding attention to detail

· Deep passion for modern British cuisine with a focus on seasonality and delicious flavours

· Demonstrated success in sourcing exceptional seasonal ingredients

· High standards of health and hygiene

· Strong experience in departmental budgeting, including food cost control, labour management, maintenance planning (both proactive and reactive)

· Brimming with enthusiasm, can-do attitude and bags of personality

· Progressive team leader who thrives on training and mentoring kitchen staff, as well as personal and professional growth in both culinary and business domains

· Strong work ethic and desire to progress
