Primary Function of Role
To collaboratively work with our clients to help increase sales and profitability, whilst supporting our clients with our range of value added services.
Responsible to Head of Client Services
This is a great opportunity to join the fastest growing ecommerce fulfilment business in the UK. You'll be working with some great people, some major global Ecommerce brands, as well as blue-chips like Amazon and DPD. Core duties:
- To drive sales growth and maximise profitability.
- Be an extension of your clients brand, understanding and supporting each clients unique needs.
- Support and upsell our range of value added products and services.
- Make key decisions and actions to help our clients grow and scale their businesses.

Skills & Knowledge Specification
Essential
- An ability to spot opportunities, develop them and ultimately implement.
- Commercially focused with an eye for reviewing data/performance to maximise opportunities.
- Good customer service skills and able to communicate confidently at all levels.
- Ability to adapt and be aware of individual client brands and specific needs
- Ability to listen to, understand and interpret customer requirements to ensure most appropriate advice at all times.
- An ability to make difficult decisions sometimes for the "greater good"
- Experience with working towards key KPI's and metrics.
- Sales through service approach, matching services to your clients.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Very well organised.
- Experience of analysing and interpreting data
- Excellent PC Literacy.
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
- Full driving license.
- Proactive and positive
Desirable
- Account/Sales Management experience 5 years plus.
- Knowledge/experience of ecommerce and fulfilment is desirable, but not essential.
