Administration Assistant

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assisting with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Coordinating meetings
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Providing general administrative support to the team
Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and office procedures
- Good typing skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and phone etiquette
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar office software
- Ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively
- Experience with HubSpot a bonus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
