Store Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedidcated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will lead a small team, focusing on driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, effective communication, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and fostering team development & employee ownership.

Responsibilites:

  • Ensure excellent cusotmer service is provided at all times.
  • Maintain high standards on the shop floor, ensuring optimal product presentation.
  • Process deliveries, merchandise the department, and drive sales to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with the team to uphold operational standards both front and back of house.
  • Lead special events and promotions in-store

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in ladies' fashion, preferably in a management or supervisory level.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high standards.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Proficient in visual merchandising.
  • Abililty to effectively manage and motivate a sales team.
  • Basic IT knowledge
  • Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and cover sickness and holidays.

Contracted Hours hours per week, 5 days a week
