**Store Manager, £35,000 - £40,000, Solihull**

Zachary Daniels has a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading luxury retailer as their new Store Manager in Solihull As a new Luxury Store Manager will be able to manage, motive and drive a team to deliver an outstanding service to new and long-termclients and customers.

This is an amazing opportunity with a retailer who are growing can demonstrate consistently strong results and have plans to push forward in the next 12 months. As a luxury store manager, you will be able to demonstrate a strong management career in Fashion,RTW, Footwear, Jewellery, Watches or Cosmetics.

This is a multi-functional role that covers all aspects of commercial and operational management - will several departments in store you will have several touch points in the store and be able to drive sales consistently. ensure that all day-to-day operationalaspects of the store are managed effectively. As a Store Manager you will be at the forefront of creating an exceptional environment for customers to come in and shop and inspire the team to deliver brilliant customer service. We want a retail leader who isexcited to be managing and controlling budgets and driving sales to ensure that the high levels of performance which are standard within this business are maintained.

Responsibilities as a Store Manager:

- Have high visual standards across all store areas
- Lead the team in store to achieve results with CRM
- Drive performance and sales through a luxury experience and service
- Create an environment that creates an excellent experience for customers
- Enjoy what you do and show this to your team

As Store Manager we are keen to have the following qualities and experiences:

- Luxury or premium retail experience in either store management or senior management
- Advantage; exposure to CRM systems and clientelling
- Able to manage KPIs and budgets to improve current store performance
- Has a track record of driving sales and performance
- Enjoys retail and makes sure it's a fun place to work

Our client can offer a competitive salary, strong earning potential with bonuses. We can offer a basic salary circa £35-40k and with bonuses you will earn well over £45,000 Varying other benefits as well internal progression and promotion opportunities.
