Qualified Early Years Educator

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our nursery team, working full time with our 1–2 year olds. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for early childhood education and proven experience supporting children in this age group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 1–2 years in line with the EYFS framework.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that promote all areas of development.
- Maintain accurate observations and records of children's progress.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensure the environment is safe, stimulating, and nurturing at all times.
Essential Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (essential).
- Proven experience working with 1–2 year olds.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, professional, and passionate about early years education.
Package:
- Full-time position (40 hours per week).
- 40 days annual leave per year, taken during school closures at Christmas, Easter, and August.

- Salary £24,000-26,000
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,420.00-£26,000.00 per year
