Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for young children
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
  • Plan and facilitate engaging activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
  • Observe and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
  • Collaborate with other educators and professionals to support the holistic development of each child
  • Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and any incidents or concerns
  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's development and any updates or concerns

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with young children in an early childhood education setting
  • Knowledge of child development theories, practices, and age-appropriate teaching methods
  • Familiarity with early learning frameworks and curriculum standards
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children
