WHAT YOU'LL DO:



Based in London with a global remit, the Hybrid Event Manager oversees planning, coordination and flawless delivery of high-profile hybrid events, including Partners' Meetings, global town halls and executive forums. The role includes managing a global AV Support Technician and events team, ensuring consistent, high-quality hybrid meeting experiences.

• External vendors & production partners
 
ROLE AND RELATIONSHIPS:

• Define and maintain global hybrid event standards, runbooks and contingency plans

• Translate event goals into robust operational and technical plans

• Ensure consistent, premium experiences for high-profile hybrid events planning and delivery

• Lead end-to-end planning of major events, including technical design, rehearsals and live production

• Own run-of-show management for Partners' Meetings and senior leadership events

• Coordinate global logistics, venue preparation and platform readiness Platform and technology leadership

• Act as SME for Zoom, Cisco Webex, MS Teams, GlobalMeet and enterprise hybrid platforms

• Ensure room systems and collaboration platforms are configured and tested for large-scale events

• Oversee AV platform integrations, streaming workflows and real-time monitoring Global team leadership

• Lead and develop a global AV Support Technician and events team

• Establish follow-the-sun event coverage and support models

• Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLA performance Governance and improvement

• Conduct post-event reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives

• Track KPIs, performance metrics and stakeholder satisfaction

• Contribute to budgeting for event technology and staffing
 
KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years' experience delivering large-scale hybrid or live corporate events

• Experience managing distributed AV or event support teams

• Deep expertise with Zoom, Cisco Webex, MS Teams and GlobalMeet (or equivalent)

• Strong understanding of AV systems, streaming technologies and collaboration platforms

• Excellent communication, organisation and crisis-management skills

• Flexibility to support events across time zones and occasional travel
