Overview

South Cliff Dental Group is a group of practices that provide general dental services (both NHS and private) to patients. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing personalised therapeutic services to patients, supporting their recovery and wellbeing. This position offers an opportunity to work within a collaborative environment, utilising advanced medical imaging and EXACT Software to enhance treatment outcomes. The ideal applicant will possess strong anatomical knowledge and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' needs to develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Utilise EXACT software and medical imaging tools to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions based on individual patient requirements, ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines.
  • Monitor patient progress throughout therapy sessions, adjusting approaches as necessary for optimal results.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all treatments, assessments, and patient interactions in accordance with organisational standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Dentists to coordinate care plans.
  • Educate patients on their conditions and provide guidance on exercises or lifestyle modifications to support recovery.
  • Stay informed about advancements in medical imaging techniques and anatomy knowledge relevant to therapeutic practices.

Experience

  • Proven experience working as a Therapist within a healthcare or clinical environment.
  • Familiarity with EXACT applications utilised in medical settings for treatment planning or visualisation purposes.
  • Experience interpreting medical imaging results.
  • Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and related health sciences.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to patients and team members.
  • Prior experience working with multidisciplinary teams is advantageous but not essential.
