Salary: £35,000.00 OTE

Piccadilly Kia Knaresborough require a Service Advisor to join their friendly supportive aftersales team. This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Service Advisor, or someone with customer facing experience wanting to better their career prospects. Working with a team who pride themselves on caring for customers, and at the same sharing in the overall success of our well-run service department.

Our modern facilities have gone through the Global Store Concept redesign, including brand new staff welfare facilities. The site provides ample staff parking.

A minimum of 12 months in a Dealership environment, or experience in a similar customer facing role, is beneficial, yet not essential.

The successful candidate will be involved in making a big difference in the smooth running of our busy front of house service department, working closely with their colleagues & Service Manager.

Your role will involve handling all incoming calls, making service bookings, selling add on work, invoicing, updating customer records, prospecting to generate service bookings from our database, keeping customers updated on their vehicle progress. Dealing with our valued customers face to face in a friendly helpful manner, maintaining the exceptional high standards the business has been built on.

You must be a quick learner, great telephone manner, computer literate, interested in the motor trade, hardworking, positive, cheerful, great team player, customer friendly, and keen to share in the success of the department.
