Further informationSwansea Council's Adult Services Transformation Team is seeking a dynamic and forward thinking Project Manager who will lead high impact projects across our Transformation and Improvement Programme. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of adult social care in Swansea, working at the heart of innovation and service improvement.
As a Project Manager in our Adult Services Transformation Team, you'll:
- Lead and deliver impactful projects that improve outcomes for adults across Swansea.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, health board colleagues and external partners.
- Apply project management expertise to ensure timely, effective and measurable delivery.
- Communicate confidently with stakeholders and report progress to senior leaders.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience in managing complex projects, ideally within public sector or health/social care settings.
- Is highly organised, self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Is a confident communicator and skilled relationship builder.
- Is ready to innovate, challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement.
