Job Description:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Stanwell Consulting Ltd, you will play a key role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to meet client needs. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and make a direct impact on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
  • Provide accurate product/service information and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency
  • Handle complaints, queries, and requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently meeting service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Document customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences and provide feedback to the team
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to customer accounts and services

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service or related fields (remote experience a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using customer service software and other communication tools (experience with CRM systems is a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to work
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
  • A positive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous remote work experience
  • Experience in a consulting or service-based industry
  • Bilingual abilities (e.g., English and Spanish) are a plus but not required
