The Job Role
  • The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for identifying and assessing training needs
  • Implementing various training methods to enhance employees' skills and performance.
  • The Learning and Development Manager will assess the needs of the company through collaboration and by using industry knowledge
  • Creating and delivering bespoke development packages for all departments.
  • Support new openings
  • Recruit, train, and supervise the team
  • Provide ongoing support and development to ensure high performance
The Requirements
  • The ideal Learning and Development manager must have experience within Front of House training experience in Hospitality
  • A proven track record of coaching
  • Minimum of 2 years experience within training role
  • Learning & Development manager must be able to demonstrate delivering training courses, succession planning,
  • The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for people development.
