Your work will be shaped by the needs and aspirations of our residents, with a strong focus on co-creation and collaboration.

In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and administering a range of engagement activities, some delivered by external facilitators, and for building meaningful relationships with customers and local partners. You'll bring empathy and understanding to your work, recognising the barriers some customers may face in participating, and ensuring activities are accessible and inclusive.

You've successfully coordinated and delivered engaging activities and events that bring people together and promote wellbeing.

You're highly organised, with strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities across different sites.

You're confident managing external facilitators and volunteers, and you thrive in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.

You'll proficiency in event planning, coupled with the knack for efficiently coordinating and prioritising tasks, ensures the seamless execution of our activity programme across all locations.
