Summary

We are seeking a Buyer & Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in the United Kingdom. This vital role involves managing buying processes and involvement across the supply chain to ensure the seamless production and delivery of our natural products, supporting our mission to provide high-quality, sustainable beauty solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the purchasing of all materials onto site as required for the production plan.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing of new, multi sourced and replacement materials.
  • Utilise MRP system to track orders and shipments, reporting KPI's and data.
  • Negotiate terms with vendors to secure favorable agreements.
  • Understand customer ordering and dispatch & invoicing areas to be able to cover staff and support the Supply Chain function.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in procurement and purchasing.
  • Proficiency in MRP systems
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and implement process improvements.
  • Willing to be flexible, work as part of a team and learn new tasks and areas.
  • Experience working in the cosmetics or related industry is a plus.
