OHEAP Fire and Security, specialise in all fire related safety, have more than 50 years presence in the marketplace and demonstrate that level of experience in every job we conduct. At OHEAP, we offer a wide range of fire and security system products, systems and services across the UK from our Derby-based Head Office. As demand within the capital continues to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic fire extinguisher service technician to join our team.

The role

We have an exciting opportunity for a British Standards qualified field extinguisher technician, to join our expanding fire extinguisher servicing division.

This field-based role, in and around the London area, will suit an experienced and qualified technician, with knowledge of the BS 5306 and all parts thereof.

Attending various customer sites on a daily basis, delivering a high-quality service to complete their needs in regard to extinguisher service and installation, ensuring compliance, reliability and excellent customer service

·       Service vehicle and fuel cards

·       Tools

·       Hand held service device and bespoke service package

·       All stock and spare parts

·       Uniform and full PPE

·       Secure storage for delivered stock

Our standard hours of work a 40-hour contract worked Monday to Friday encompassing a 15-minute travel time at the start and end of each day.

Salary range
: £30k-£34k

Company Bonus Scheme

Holidays upon commencement; 28 days (including statutory days) and additional days accrued for long service
