Waste Management Driver

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate waste management vehicles to collect and transport waste materials.
  • Adhere to all relevant safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in optimal condition.
  • Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete waste collection routes.
  • Maintain accurate records of waste collection and disposal activities.
  • Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Prior experience in waste management or a similar field is preferred.
  • Ability to handle and operate waste management equipment and machinery.
  • Strong adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role.
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends or overtime as required.
