Backed by CareTech, Purple Tuesday, and Three Hills Capital (leading companies in social care, accessibility, and private equity), we're building a product designed for real-world inclusion, long-term impact, and commercial performance.

While our ambition is significant, our online presence is intentionally limited for now as we prepare and build our team for launch.

The Role

Location: London hybrid, at least one day per week expected in office

Type: Consulting Basis

Salary: Dependent on experience

Experience Required:

We're looking for a WCAG expert to join our team and play a key role in shaping our innovative, game-changing accessibility platform. You'll help define our product strategy and work closely with us to create best-in-class accessibility tools. You'll guide both internal teams and customers to meet high accessibility standards and stay ahead of changing regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Collaboration: Work with the IT team to on the design of our accessibility product and included features. Make sure testing processes follow the latest accessibility rules and keep the team updated on any changes in regulations.
  • Accessibility Strategy: Review how our product currently meets accessibility guidelines, identify any gaps, and suggest improvements. Recommend ways to go beyond the minimum standards and shape new features with accessibility in mind.
  • Content & Education: Create easy-to-understand materials that explain accessibility guidelines to clients. Develop training guides, product manuals, and thought leadership content to position EnableAll as a trusted authority.
  • Client Support: Carry out accessibility reviews for customers, give practical recommendations, and advise them on how EnableAll can support their compliance efforts.

  • Detailed understanding of WCAG guidelines.
  • Experience in accessibility consulting, audits, or product-related roles.
  • Strong ability to translate technical standards into practical, business-friendly guidance.
  • Hands-on experience with accessibility testing tools and methodologies.
  • Interest in accessibility, digital inclusion, or DEI-focused sectors
Preferred (not required)
  • Experience working within SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms.
  • Involvement in accessibility policy-setting.
  • Product development or UX background.
