Job Title: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR  – Residential Lettings

Location: Henley, RG9

Salary: OTE £35,000 per annum

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

An opportunity has arisen for a confident and motivated Lettings Negotiator (or Senior Lettings Negotiator) to join a well-established, independent residential agency in the Henley area.

You'll be joining a professional and close-knit team where your ability to drive results, build rapport with landlords and tenants, and deliver exceptional service will be highly valued. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Registering applicants and booking/viewing appointments
  • Conducting property viewings and securing tenancies
  • Negotiating rental agreements between landlords and tenants
  • Managing landlord and applicant relationships with care and professionalism
  • Proactively generating new business and lettings instructions
  • Ensuring all legal documentation and compliance is in place
  • Maintaining a strong knowledge of the local rental market 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Proven experience in residential lettings (essential)
  • Confident, articulate, and well-presented
  • Positive attitude with strong time-management skills
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work independently
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
  • A team player who is highly motivated and organised
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
