Our client is a leading international law firm with a stellar reputation for handling complex, high-stakes matters across multiple jurisdictions. Consistently recognised by both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, the firm stands out for their commercial instinct and collaborative culture.

The London team handles a 50/50 mix of contentious and non-contentious work, acting for major employers across FS & Banking, PE, Technology and Infrastructure.

You'll work on a diverse range of matters, including:

  • Employment Tribunal and High Court Litigation,
    including team moves, breach of covenant and executive disputes.
  • Day-to-day employment counselling.
  • Corporate & transactional support,
    including TUPE, redundancy and workforce integration.
  • Executive recruitment and terminations;
    drafting service agreements and settlement terms.
  • Employment investigations
    , restructuring and global policy reviews.

Key requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor in E&W, with approximately 2-3 years' post-qualified experience.
  • Solid grounding in both contentious and advisory employment work.
  • Excellent drafting and analytical skills.
  • Enthusiasm for business development and client engagement.
