A top US Law Firm is seeking to expand its London corporate offering through the strategic hire of a M&A Corporate Partner. Great opportunity for a current income Partner to achieve equity if your practice does not justify equity in your current firm.

Key Criteria

  • Significant experience in
    private company M&A from a top-tier London or US law firm
    .
  • A track record of delivering high-quality transactional advice.
  • Ideally, at least you will have a
    hybrid M&A / Private Equity
    or
    M&A / Equity Capital Markets
    practice.
