Lloyd's is the world's leading insurance and reinsurance marketplace. We share the collective intelligence and risk sharing expertise of the market's brightest minds, working together for a braver world.

Our role is to inspire courage, so tomorrow's progress isn't limited by today's risks.

Our shared values: we are brave; we are stronger together; we do the right thing; guide what we do and how we act. If you share our values and our passion to build a future that's more sustainable, resilient and inclusive, you'll find a home at Lloyd's – build a braver future with us.

Unique opportunity supporting the Multinational and International Trading Advisory teams to provide strategic and operational support on key multinational initiatives, ensuring alignment across markets and functions. As well as supporting the team on resolution of regulatory queries from the market, facilitating timely and compliant responses in coordination with legal, compliance, and regulatory affairs.

You will:

  • Support and contribute to key Multinational initiatives, ensuring alignment with global strategy and Lloyd's market needs.
  • Support the development and execution of internal projects, ensuring regulatory considerations are embedded from planning through implementation.
  • Act as a regulatory liaison, coordinating responses to market-specific queries and ensuring timely, compliant communication across jurisdictions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between commercial, regulatory, legal, and operational teams to drive project execution and resolve market challenges.
  • Monitor and interpret regulatory developments across key markets, providing strategic input to ensure platform compliance and readiness.
  • Support the engagement and management of key stakeholders in the market, including managing agents, Lloyd's brokers, and key insurance associations (the LMA and LIIBA)
  • Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making, such as case studies and new initiatives
  • Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy for multinational data, supporting performance tracking and regulatory audits.
  • Support the onboarding and management of local partners in key jurisdictions, along with management of day to day activities related to the placement of local policies
  • Champion knowledge sharing and training, enabling market teams to stay informed on platform capabilities, regulatory updates, and best practices.

Knowledge of an international regulatory environment, regimes and requirements would be hugely beneficial, as well as any Insurance market knowledge including Lloyd's, London Market & International Markets. If you have studied Law or are legally minded this could also be useful to demonstrate your ability to understand and interpret insurance/legal principles and regulatory information. You will however also need to be able to apply a commercial approach, and lead projects whilst adapting and responding to change.

A fabulous opportunity to learn from a highly experienced team, gain global market exposure, build a strong network and play an influential role in the future trading capabilities within the Lloyd's market.
