About the Company

I'm representing a respected and growing
residential property consultancy
that provides professional surveying, valuation, and advisory services to private clients, lenders, and developers. The business is known for its strong technical expertise, client-focused approach, and commitment to quality and integrity.

Due to continued growth and an expanding client portfolio, they are now seeking an experienced
Residential Surveyor
to join their team.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified
Residential Surveyor (AssocRICS / MRICS / FRICS)
to take on a diverse and rewarding workload across valuations, homebuyer reports, and building surveys. The successful candidate will work with a mix of private and corporate clients, with a focus on delivering high-quality, accurate, and professional reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake
    RICS Level 2 and Level 3 surveys
    and
    Red Book valuations
  • Provide professional advice to clients on residential property condition and value
  • Manage your own caseload with autonomy and efficiency
  • Maintain up-to-date market knowledge and professional standards
  • Build strong relationships with clients, agents, and lenders
  • Ensure compliance with RICS regulations and company quality procedures

The Ideal Candidate

  • RICS qualified
    (AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS)
  • Proven experience delivering
    residential surveys and valuations
  • Strong technical knowledge and report-writing skills
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
  • Self-motivated, organised, and commercially aware
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
