We're working with a well-established, family-owned global brand and they're looking for a new Associate Trade Marketing Manager to join their collaborative marketing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys blending creativity with commercial thinking and wants to help shape how this brand shows up across retail and e-commerce channels.

About the Role

This role sits at the heart of the business connecting marketing and sales to bring campaigns to life.

You'll help make sure the brand looks its best wherever it appears, from in-store displays to online promotions and you'll have the freedom to contribute ideas that really make an impact.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering trade campaigns: Plan and roll out marketing campaigns with retail partners across both online and offline channels.
  • Working with retailers: Partner with sales teams and key accounts to support promotions, launches, and marketing initiatives.
  • Driving brand visibility: Make sure the brand stands out in stores through great merchandising and engaging displays.
  • Supporting events: Help organise and deliver trade events that showcase products and build customer excitement.
  • Using insights: Track performance, gather feedback, and help the team continuously improve how campaigns are run.

About You

You are someone who enjoys seeing ideas come to life and takes pride in the details that make campaigns successful.

You'll be comfortable juggling multiple projects, communicating clearly with different teams, and taking ownership of your work.

We're Looking For

  • Experience in trade or retail marketing in a B2C environment.
  • Solid project management and organisational skills.
  • Confidence working with budgets and deadlines.
  • Great communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.

Experience supporting international markets would be a real bonus.
