As a Cover Supervisor in Swansea, you'll manage classrooms and support students without the burden of lesson planning or grading. This role provides excellent paid experience for aspiring PGCE students or anyone looking for a rewarding career change.

Responsibilities:

Step up with enthusiasm to deliver lively and engaging lesson plans when the primary teacher is away.
Foster a supportive and uplifting learning environment through outstanding classroom management skills.
Inspire and motivate students on their educational path, encouraging active participation.
Create a safe and welcoming space for every learner.
Adhere to school policies and procedures, with a strong focus on essential safeguarding measures.
Share insightful feedback on lessons and student development with the teaching staff.
Exhibit flexibility and adaptability in various classroom settings and subjects as needed.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

Experience in working with children or young people in environments like education, coaching, or mentoring
Strong classroom management skills and great communication abilities
A proactive and adaptable attitude, ready to succeed in different school settings
Ability to inspire and motivate students
Enhanced DBS registration on the Update Service (or a desire to obtain one)
Eligibility to work in the UK
Registration with the EWC (or a willingness to complete the registration process)
