Event Manager – Luxury Wellness Retreats Rachel's Farm | £35,000 + £3,500 performance bonus
About Rachel's Farm
Rachel's Farm is a rapidly growing luxury retreat business operating across stunning properties in Scotland and Ireland. Since launching, we've expanded to three exceptional venues and now deliver 40+ week-long wellness and corporate retreats annually. Our ambition? To become the UK's number one retreat destination.
We're looking for a hands-on, motivated Event Manager to join us on this journey.
The Role
This is a varied, dynamic role split between meticulous planning and on-the-ground delivery. You'll be the driving force behind our retreat operations, ensuring every experience exceeds expectations.
Your Responsibilities:
Pre-Retreat Management (October – March)
- Liaise with retreat clients to understand their vision and requirements
- Coordinate all logistics: private chefs, hosts, bespoke experiences, and transportation
- Manage timelines, budgets, and supplier relationships
- Ensure every detail is planned to perfection before guests arrive
Retreat Delivery
- Welcome guests on day one, setting the tone for an exceptional week
- Support our chefs and hosts, ensuring they have everything needed to deliver outstanding service
- Conduct regular check-ins throughout each retreat, engaging with guests and staff to maintain the highest standards
- Troubleshoot any issues swiftly and professionally
- Gather feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

- Proven experience in event management, hospitality, or luxury service delivery
- Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Genuine passion for wellness, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences
- Flexibility to travel to our Scottish and Irish properties as needed
