Freemans Event Partners is recruiting experienced and motivated Casual Events Bar Managers to lead our bar operations at Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium during the Autumn Internationals 2025.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the excitement at one of Scotland's most iconic sporting venues, delivering outstanding service to thousands of rugby fans.

Fixtures:

  • Saturday 1 November: Scotland vs USA
  • Saturday 8 November: Scotland vs New Zealand
  • Sunday 16 November: Scotland vs Argentina
  • Sunday 23 November: Scotland vs Tonga

About the Role:

As a Bar Manager, you'll oversee one or more busy bar units, ensuring smooth and efficient operations throughout each event. You'll lead a team of bartenders and supervisors, manage stock, and uphold exceptional service standards. A Personal Licence is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage bar operations during large-scale events, ensuring high-quality service.

Lead, train, and support bar teams to deliver a great customer experience.

Oversee stock control, cash handling, and event reporting.

Ensure full compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations.

Maintain clean, organised, and efficient work areas.

About You:

Proven experience in bar or hospitality management.

Confident leading teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Available for weekend and evening shifts across all event dates.

Positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
