As our
Operations Manager,
you will be guiding a dynamic team of restaurant professionals with one common goal - to elevate our business level, working closely with all our General Managers, Executive Chefs and our Senior Operations Director.
Where are we located?
Our Head Office is in Borough (5 min walk from Borough market), however this position will be between Azzurra (Chelsea), Aqua Kyoto and Nueva (Regent's street), Dim Sum Library (Covent Garden) and Shiro (Broadgate circle), with the main focus on Azzurra and Dim Sum Library for the beginning.

Your Day At Aqua
- Team guidance & development: You will guide by example, inspiring and motivating our team to deliver an exceptional service. Your support in hiring, training, and developing staff will ensure they reach their full potential and making sure that team members feel included and motivated
- Operational excellence: Drive organizational change, ensure alignments with business goals, build relationships with suppliers & manage budgets and financial forecasts
You will be paid £30,534.76 per year. In addition, you can be a part of the venue's Tronc system, which may give you up to £64,465.24 extra per year. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
