About you

You're an experienced Product Owner who thrives in a collaborative, delivery-focused environment. You love understanding user needs, defining priorities and translating ideas into clear, actionable plans for engineers and stakeholders.

You're data-driven, organised and comfortable working across multiple workstreams - balancing user experience, business goals and technical constraints. You bring clarity and momentum to projects, ensuring that everyone understands what we're building and why.

You'll be joining a small, high-impact team where you'll have real ownership, visible results and the opportunity to shape how we build products that make a difference to millions of people.

Your skills and experience

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in the B2C company
• Strong experience managing product backlogs, user stories and acceptance criteria within agile or lean frameworks and the ability to make pragmatic, outcomes based decisions - we care more about agile principles that drive impact than frameworks and processes.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills - able to work effectively with engineers, editorial, data, sales and marketing teams
• Data-driven mindset - experienced in using analytics, experimentation and user feedback to inform decisions
• Confident using tools such as Jira, Confluence, GA4, Figma, Miro, or similar
• Experience balancing multiple priorities and stakeholder needs in a fast-moving environment
• Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment, comfortable with pace, ambiguity and hands-on delivery

Useful but not essential:

• Familiarity with CDPs, personalisation platforms and CRM-driven experiences
• Understanding of SEO, conversion optimisation, and member engagement metrics

What you'll do

Product Ownership & Delivery

• Own and prioritise the product backlog for one or more areas of the Rest Less platform
• Translate user needs and business goals into clear, achievable requirements and deliverables
• Partner with engineers to plan, test and release improvements that deliver measurable results
• Run sprint rituals - planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups and retrospectives - keeping the focus on outcomes
• Define and track product success metrics, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous learning

Product Management & Strategy

• Contribute to the product roadmap and vision with a focus on outcomes, impact and ROI
• Use data, insight and cross-team input to make evidence-based, pragmatic decisions
• Identify and prioritise opportunities that improve engagement, retention, member experience and revenue
• Support product discovery through structured experiments, feedback analysis and lightweight prototypes
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term scalability and performance

Collaboration & Communication

• Communicate priorities, progress and outcomes clearly across teams and stakeholders
• Champion the voice of the user while maintaining a strong sense of commercial and operational pragmatism
• Help foster a results-driven, open and collaborative culture across product and engineering
