The Role

As
Product Owner – Embedded Finance
, you'll take ownership of a critical product domain: bringing embedded financial services seamlessly into the company's POS ecosystem.

You'll design and deliver features within their banking stack to enable customers with:

  • Cash management (bank accounts)
  • Debit & virtual cards
  • Credit facilities, payables, and receivables

…fully integrated into their platform.

You'll collaborate with Payments and Financial Services Product & Engineering teams to break down the roadmap, prioritise work, and deliver impactful solutions. From concept to launch and iteration, you'll play a key role in shaping how customers interact with financial services through the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the
    Embedded Finance product area
    , translating vision into clear, actionable product plans.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, refine backlogs, and deliver value quickly.
  • Partner with engineering to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
  • Support go-to-market planning to drive adoption, engagement, and retention.
  • Use data and customer insights to continuously improve the product.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align product priorities with business goals.

You Bring

  • Experience as a
    Product Owner / Product Manager
    at a Fintech, Neo-Bank, BaaS platform, or bank (innovation/new products/partnerships).
  • Product or SME knowledge in one or more of:
  • Virtual Accounts, Cash Management, Virtual Cards, Wallets
  • Lending, Credit
  • Onboarding, KYC, Underwriting
  • Strong communication skills across user stories, process flows, roadmaps, and GTM collateral.
  • Analytical mindset — confident with data (Excel/Sheets, SQL).
  • B2B product experience and a keen eye for UX and design.
  • A collaborative, pragmatic approach and the ability to influence across teams.
  • A results-driven mindset — able to deliver in complex, fast-moving environments.
