Specialist (Student Information Services) Exams

Are you an experienced administrator with a passion for data accuracy and process improvement? We are looking for a Specialist to join our Student Information Services team. This is a key role providing expert support across the student lifecycle, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and excellent customer service.
You will take ownership of specialist responsibilities such as enrolments, exams administration, timetabling, funding returns, and audit compliance, while supporting the Team Leader and contributing to process development and staff training.
Essential Criteria
- Level 3 qualification (or equivalent experience) and GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above
- Recent experience in a student data-related role
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Key Responsibilities
- Perform specialist duties within Student Information Services, including enrolments, exams, timetabling, and data returns
- Act as a local exams lead, ensuring compliance with JCQ/AO requirements and secure handling of materials
- Maintain accurate student records and support audit and funding compliance
- Lead on training and process development within your specialist area
- Provide high-quality customer service and liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders

Lets Teach Programme
Let's Teach The LET's teach programme supports new members of teaching staff in terms of college systems and key teaching and learning areas including new staff lesson visits and postcard peeps. Each new member of staff has an allocated Lead Practitioner who works closely with them throughout the programme.
Let's Bloom
The LET's Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal.
