We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected office furniture and fit-out business based in Leeds. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Installation Manager to oversee the successful delivery of furniture installations and small fit-out projects across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality installations, on time and to a high standard.

The Role

As Installation Manager, you will be responsible for managing installation teams, coordinating logistics, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with client expectations. You will act as the key link between sales, operations, installers, and clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning, coordinating, and managing multiple installation projects simultaneously
  • Managing installation teams and subcontractors on site
  • Carrying out site surveys and pre-installation planning
  • Ensuring health & safety compliance on all sites
  • Liaising with clients, project managers, and internal teams
  • Managing delivery schedules, labour, and resources
  • Resolving on-site issues efficiently and professionally
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction

About You

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Installation Manager who is confident leading teams and managing projects from start to finish.

You will ideally have:

  • Proven experience managing furniture installations or interior fit-out projects
  • Strong understanding of site health & safety requirements
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and a professional client-facing manner
  • A hands-on approach and willingness to be on site when required
  • Full UK driving licence
