Deputy Nursery Manager – Oxford (Term Time Only)

We are seeking a dedicated
Deputy Nursery Manager
to join our vibrant nursery team in Oxford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about early years education and looking to make a real difference in the lives of children aged 2+.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver general nursery duties including planning engaging activities, supervising playtimes, and providing pastoral care.
  • Uphold safeguarding practices at all times to ensure a safe environment for all children.
  • Act as a key worker, supporting designated children with observations, learning journeys, and progress tracking.
  • Work collaboratively as part of the team, maintaining ratios at all times.
  • Support the Nursery Supervisor with administrative tasks, data collection, and assessments.

What We're Looking For:

  • A motivated, reliable, and organised early years professional.
  • Experience in nursery management or a similar role is desirable.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to providing a nurturing and safe environment for children.

This is a
term-time only, full-time position
