Ignite your passion for cooking and retail with the UK's leading kitchenware brand ProCook is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Deputy Store Manager to become part of our Oxford Store team at The Westgate Shopping Centre.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store.
  • Drive sales and customer service through effective team leadership.
  • Engage with customers to deliver a memorable shopping experience.
  • Support the development of your team through coaching and training.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store standards to the highest level.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help manage the store operations efficiently and effectively.
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve retail targets.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently.
  • Support in recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
  • Maintain standards in stock management and store presentation.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A strong background in retail management or a similar role.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for retail.
  • Leadership qualities with an ability to inspire others.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
